Director, Inside Sales


Description

This individual will lead Jumptap’s Performance Advertising Sales team in recruiting new clients into Jumptap's advertising network.  The Director of Inside Sales will be the focal point in generating and growing revenue for Jumptap through performance advertising.  S/he must be knowledgeable in managing a team of Inside Sales Rep’s and maximizing revenue through inventory and customer management. This individual will hire, train, coach and supervise the team of inside sales professionals.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage, grow, and lead inside sales team for Jumptap advertising services
• Responsible for being able to clearly articulate the ongoing value proposition that Jumptap represents in the advertising marketplace
• Manage team’s sales call activity and prospecting strategy
• Hit sales goals
• Drive revenue growth by enrolling and up-selling key advertisers
• Manage inventory and client optimization to maximize revenue and ROI for customers and Jumptap
• Develop strategies for bringing traditional online performance advertisers over to mobile
• Responsible for developing an understanding of key business drivers and success metrics for products being marketed by customers on the Jumptap network.

 

Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven record of effective digital advertising sales
• 7+ years experience in media sales; min 2+ years of inside sales management experience
• Extensive knowledge of online advertising landscape highly preferred
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Strong business acumen and professionalism, excellent presentation skills with solid communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent customer focus and attention to detail

Media Sales


Description

Jumptap is looking for highly motivated people to join our Performance Advertising Sales team to recruit new clients into Jumptap's advertising network.  The Inside Sales team is the focal point in generating and growing revenue for Jumptap through performance advertising. 


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prospect new business through cold calling to qualify and close new accounts
  • Responsible for clearly articulating Jumptap’s value proposition in the advertising marketplace
  • Drive revenue growth by enrolling and up-selling key advertisers
  • Preparing and reporting daily and weekly sales activities
  • Work closely with sales support and campaign managers 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years experience in media sales
  • Online advertising experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism, excellent presentation skills with solid communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer focus and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate recent experience at consistently meeting and exceeding revenue quotas
  • High energy, results driven
  • High customer orientation and self motivation
