section 3: iphone interstitial guidelines



iPhone Interstitial ‐Specs
Size Maximum of 320x415 pixels, should allow for smaller ads to center them
Weight Maximum of 20K
Position The ad will be centered with a solid background (for ads smaller than 320x415). The ad will be displayed in portrait or landscape orientation. For landscape orientation, ads larger than 300x300 will have some portion obscured.
Behavior An interstitial may be displayed upon application load or between screens or levels within an application. A button will be presented to allow the user to skip the interstitial. The interstitial will be automatically dismissed after 5 seconds if the user has not clicked on it.

Behavior A 50x50 creative slides in from right‐to‐left and ends up flush with the left side of the screen. The 270x50 image fades in after the first image has slid to the left.

Behavior A single creative appears with arrows on its left & right side. The user can swipe right or left to reveal additional images. The images move along with the user's touch in an iTunes Coverflow‐like manner.

iPhone Rich Media ‐Ad Specs
Type Jumptap Windowshade ad
Behavior A 320x50 banner appears with an 'Open' or 'More' button on the right hand side. When the user clicks the button, the ad expands to its full size. The user can click on the body of the ad to enable the click action or can click on the 'Close' button to return the ad to its original size.

Size 1 image 320x300px .jpg, .gif, .png The top 320x50px portion of the creative is the unexpanded banner. The bottom 320x250 portion is the rest of the expanded creative. The banner portion must contain an 'Open', 'Expand' or similar button image in the right hand side of the banner. The expanded portion must contain a 'Close' button image in the top right corner. The call‐to‐action for the click is a 277x34 pixel rectangle with the upper left corner located 200 pixels from the top of the image and 20 pixels from the left. For expandable ads that support multiple click actions or that need a different clickable area, please contact Jumptap.

Exceptions If more time is needed to process creative, Jumptap will respond as soon as possible with a timeline or request for changes needed. Please note: Jumptap reserves the right to refuse or reject any creative at any time and for any reason; make exceptions to this policy on a case‐by‐case basis at any time; as well as to make changes and add to this policy at any time and for any reason.
